Delivery
Our delivery procedures are slightly different to those of other retailers who deliver physical products to their customers. At phonetonehunter.com you are actually paying for the service of having the logo or ringtones delivered to your mobile phone. Delivery of the chosen product will be anytime between 5 minutes and 12 hours from the confirmation being given to you.
When your order is sent your phone will alert you with the message received tone. Instead though it will say 'operator logo received' 'Group Graphic Received' or ringtone received. Pressing options will reveal a menu allowing you to 'Save', 'Show', or 'Discard' the item. Press 'Save' immediately. If after pressing save the logo still does not show please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
Refunds
Once we have sent out your order there is no physical means by which it can be returned to us. Refunds are only given if we have genuinely made a mistake with the order however they are at our discretion at all times. Once the logo or ringtone has been received by your phone no refunds will be given. If you wish to receive a refund before your order is sent then please contact us immediately. Any refund is likely to made via a cheque made out to the individual who made the order. This refund may incur a deduction to cover any costs which may have incurred.
If at anytime you are unhappy with our service please call our customer service team who will log your complaint and try to resolve the problem for you. When calling please have to hand any reference number you have been given from Netbanx and also your mobile phone number and details of when the order was placed.
Complaints
Here at phonetonehunter.co.uk we have in place a complaints procedure which is adhered to at all times when someone makes a complaint about one of our staff or the service which we offer. To enable your complaint to be handled effectively we will need to know certain details from you. These include your full name, any mobile number you have ordered products for, also and Netbanx Payment reference or times of the day in which you rang the premium rate order line.
We aim to have all geniune complaints resolved within 48 hours of us being made aware of such. Complaints can be made in writing to our trading address, by email to support@phonetonehunter.co.uk or by telephone on 0871 471 0871.

Privacy Policy
The administration of Phone Tone Hunter is keen to let everyone know about our privacy policy and what it means to you, the reader/user. It demonstrates our firm commitment to privacy and proves that under no circumstances will we, Phone Tone Hunter, send out any personal information such as name, email addresses and telephone numbers.
Using multiple tools including webalizer, apache server logs and more, we're able to collect the whereabouts of people in terms of their country from their own ip address. We're also able to gather statistics such as the number of clicks a person makes to a particular company via phonetonehunter.com, where the person (who is visiting the site) has come from and what pages they've looked at.
The newsletter: for this we collect your name, mobile number, and email addresses only and as promised above, this list will not be passed on to any third party.
