1. About Phone Tone Hunter
PhoneToneHunter.co.uk is an internet based retailer providing funky screen logos and ringtones for nokia mobile phones. Our market is worldwide as nokia makes phones for nearly every country in the world. Our main target and the source of most of our custom is the UK.
2. Contact methods
For support with regards to any phone content, you may call 08717 501 030 or email support@phonetonehunter.co.uk. You can telephone customer services anytime between 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday. Out of hours we operate a voice mail service which will be reponded to the following morning.

5. How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
The newsletter can be subscribed to by clicking on the 'Join our free mailing list' link above.
6. How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
To unsubscribe, just wait for our next newsletter to be sent out, and click the unsubscribe link within it.

7. How do I check my phone for compatibility?
Before ordering, it is important that you check that your phone is compatible with which ever media content you are looking to buy from us.

8. Delivery
Our delivery procedures are slightly different to those of other retailers who deliver physical products to their customers. At phonetonehunter.com you are actually paying for the service of having the logo or ringtones delivered to your mobile phone. Delivery of the chosen product will be anytime between 5 minutes and 12 hours from the confirmation being given to you.
When your order is sent your phone will alert you with the message received tone. Instead though it will say 'operator logo received' 'Group Graphic Received' or ringtone received. Pressing options will reveal a menu allowing you to 'Save', 'Show', or 'Discard' the item. Press 'Save' immediately. If after pressing save the logo still does not show please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
9. Refunds
Once we have sent out your order there is no physical means by which it can be returned to us. Refunds are only given if we have genuinely made a mistake with the order however they are at our discretion at all times. Once the logo or ringtone has been received by your phone no refunds will be given. If you wish to receive a refund before your order is sent then please contact us immediately. Any refund is likely to made via a cheque made out to the individual who made the order. This refund may incur a deduction to cover any costs which may have incurred.
If at anytime you are unhappy with our service please call our customer service team who will log your complaint and try to resolve the problem for you. When calling please have to hand any reference number you have been given from Netbanx and also your mobile phone number and details of when the order was placed.
10. Complaints
Here at phonetonehunter.co.uk we have in place a complaints procedure which is adhered to at all times when someone makes a complaint about one of our staff or the service which we offer. To enable your complaint to be handled effectively we will need to know certain details from you. These include your full name, any mobile number you have ordered products for, also and Netbanx Payment reference or times of the day in which you rang the premium rate order line.
We aim to have all geniune complaints resolved within 48 hours of us being made aware of such. Complaints can be made in writing to our trading address, by email to support@phonetonehunter.co.uk or by telephone on 08717 501 030.
